Launch of VOXIT's Support Suite Interface
Preceding the imminent launch of our 'New Look' company website and after much rigorous testing, I'm please to announce that VOXIT's customer focused Support Suite Interface is now available. The suite will provide clients with 24/7/365 access their account and product/services information, current and past support tickets, along with remote support access and our ever growing company knowledge base.All current clients are in the process of being systematically migrated over to the new suite, with all new customers being automatically added from this point on. Merger with ATNET Ltd - As part of a significant investment, VOXIT is pleased to announce the recent merger with web design and hosting company ATNET. VOXIT staff are now in the process of seamlessly migrating former ATNET customer websites to their dedicated servers. A letter was recently to customers sent by ATNET Managing Director Alan Tomkins, in which Alan states "... I am very excited about this new opportunity and I firmly believe this merger will create a business that offers far greater value than the sum of its parts."

Business Operations Manager - I can today announce and welcome Barry Gorman as VOXIT's new Business Operations Manager. Barry's role will consist of the brand exposure and marketing of VOXIT as well as endeavouring to maintain relationships with current customers, and cement relations with future clients. Barry, a former client of VOXIT at Hampshire based property company Urban Investor Limited, stated "...having seen VOXIT develop at such a rapid pace, despite the negative economic climate, I strongly feel that VOXIT has the drive and capacity to become a widely recognised brand name IT Services Provider."
