Solent Scientific has more than 45 years practical experience of instrumentation within Spectroscopy, Chromatography and Microscopy Laboratories.
Solent Scientific were unhappy with the level of support they were receiving from their previous IT provider, they were also concerned with the lack of up to knowledge available. Running 3 large in house servers, numerous PC’s and printers also required the new IT supplier to visit their site to perform local maintenance and to ensure everything runs to the best of its ability.
VOXIT were recommended to Solent Scientific by one of our existing IT support and Web design clients, A & J Lawrence, over a beer one night in a pub. VOXIT now maintains ‘Solent Sci’s’ network, hardware and infrastructure remotely and locally consisting. Their solution includes support for various systems such as HP Windows Server 2003 servers along with various software solutions including GFI Mail Server, Symantec Corporate Anti Virus, MS SQL Server and terminal server print solution TS Print.
